**Electrical:** Includes a 100 AMP exterior-grade panel per plans, one exterior-rated GFCI duplex receptacle with an in-use cover mounted at the bottom of the panel, one 4×4 junction box with blank cover per plans, two exterior lights, four surface-mounted LED light fixtures, occupancy sensor switches, duplex receptacles located per the approved plan, white receptacles, switches, and wall plates, and an MC cable raceway.

**Mechanical:** Includes a 2-ton Bard HVAC unit with a 10 kW heat strip, fiberglass ductwork, and diffusers per code and plan, and a programmable thermostat.

**Millwork:** 24” deep melamine countertop (QTY 1) and one filing cabinet

**Windows:** Includes one or more Wintech 30×27 insulated storm windows and painted galvanized security bars with an integrated drip edge.

**Exterior Doors:** Includes two 36×80 doors with 10-inch vision panels (Telstar Pro or equal) painted to match the exterior, passage levers, deadbolts keyed alike, hydraulic door closers, drip edges, and cargo doors welded closed.
