Order Process

1. Order Placement
   During the order process, the customer provides:

   • Door direction
   • Delivery address
   • Delivery contact/phone number

2. Logistics Coordination
   Our logistics team will reach out to the customer to:

   • Discuss a delivery date
   • Confirm the delivery location
   • Address any other issues or questions

3. Finalizing Delivery
   Our logistics team will finalize:

   • The delivery date and time window with the customer
   • Coordination with our local delivery partner

4. Pre-Arrival Call
   All delivery partners are instructed to call the customer prior to arrival.

5. Delivery Process

   • The driver arrives and contacts the customer to finalize the specific delivery site.
   • The container is tilted off to the ground.
   • The customer can inspect the container with the driver.
